Had a very blessed Lord's Day service this morning at GFC. The praise & worship was second to none and it was led by the four women who went to the True Woman Conference in October.
One of our Elders preached on James 3:1-12 and brought out the fact that with our lips we can do a lot of damage. He said that it is not really a tongue problem as much as it is a heart problem - out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
During the adult Sunday School hour the four women who attended the True Woman Conference shared what our Sovereign Lord had taught them during that weekend. It was quite obvious that each of the four ladies were deeply moved to cultivate a deeper and more personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
God is doing a mighty work in our assembly and we anticipate great blessings from Him by bringing revival to the members of the church leadership team. May we be faithful to His glorious calling on all of our lives.
